Blew a outside tire a few miles away, limped on in to the shop. Bought a new tire for a few dollars more. They had me up and running in no time. Professional service at a good price.

Scammers. I was charged $421 for one brake chamber. At other Pilot locations, the same brake chamber installation costs $167–180. I know this for a fact and have replaced many brake chambers myself. This price was not disclosed or approved in advance. This is fraudulent and predatory pricing, taking advantage of drivers in emergency situations. Avoid this location. Always get prices in writing.

Arrived on a Saturday at 1:50pm . Supposed to be open from 6am to 10pm every day. Lady at desk response was: you can check in but I don't know at what time the next tech will come .. probably 3 to 4 hrs wait time cause they don't know their employees schedule. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
